What is a fast way to loose weight without throwing up?

ok so i'm a little bigger then i was last year and i wanna loose weight and FAST
i dont wanna do any thing unhealthy because my parents said that if you starve yourself you loose muscle not fat
and i want to loose alot in a week how much exersize and what should i do to loose alot in a week without taking diet pills and how much could i loose

i ride on a bike for about two hours everyday and when im done i usually have gone 3-4 miles

some websites give you a diet schedule,u could use that
but i would recommend using acai vitamins alot of people are using it these days and dr phil came to oprah and they talked about it in her show

So, you don't want to do anything unhealthy, but maybe you just don't know that losing a lot of weight FAST is unhealthy.
Your parents are right with the affects of starving yourself.
I would just take it slow. If you're eating healthier, and your exercising regularly, you're going to lose the weight.
Also, losing weight fast usually will mean that when you go back to normal, you'll gain it right back.
Sorry to tell you, you just need to work hard, there's no magic cure.

Beleive it or not you have to eat to lose weight. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smaller meals as the day goes on. Have a snack in the morning and afternoon. healthy stuff. Try to stay away from Carbs... bread, pasta etc. Drink plenty of water. Walk for at least 20 minutes in the morning and the afternoon. And I know it sounds strange, but walk BEFORE brackfast and before dinner. Good Luck

yes, if you starve yourslef your body thinks you're dying so it actually ocnserves your fat becuase the fat has six times more energy than the glucose you take in with your food every day.
dont think fast, think slow and steady because if you loose fast you will bounce back and gain ti all again and then therse' no net product.. that woudl suck yeah?
go gym and control what you eat.

three words for you 'cabbage soup diet'
good it for recipes and instructions : )
all you do is eat only cabbage soup with a few exceptions for a week and you lose 10-12 lbs!
