saga means......?

Saga means:

1. 傳說;英雄事蹟
2. 冒險故事;家世小說

Normally these kind of books will have many "sets" of stories, and they are all connected. I've read a serial which is called "Devourer Saga" and it has like 25 or even more books...I've spent nearly 3 years to read them all (I was lazy as well).
