One day after school, you went to the staffroom to see your teacher, but there was nobody there. Just as you were about to leave, you noticed a piece of paper on the staffroom floor. You picked it ip, and saw the words"END OF TERM EXAMINATION" at the top of the page.

I looked around and saw three more pieces of paper on the floor. I picked them up. To my surprise, it was the whole set of the coming Chinese examination paper.

"Should I look at the questions and then put it back on the floor?", I asked myself.

"No, it's cheating. I should just put it back and leave," my conscience told me to be honest.

"Just a quick look. Nobody will know, " I was still struggling.

"Yes, I can read just one page. This is not cheating. I will still do my revision, " I tried to find excuses for myself.

"Mimi, what are you doing?"

I turned around and saw Mable.

"Mable, come here. I found the coming Chinese examination paper. Do you want to read it?" I said to Mable.

"No, you should not do that. I will go to tell the Principal right now." Mable said.

"Please don't. I will just put it back. I'll treat you to lunch. Don't tell the principal. OK?" I begged Mable.

"OK. Quickly put it back. I'll wait for you at the canteen." Mable consented and left.

Before I put back the paper, I decided to read one page of it.

"Why are you in the teachers' room? What are you holding?" Mr Lee suddenly patted my shoulder.

"I....I am supposed to see Miss Wong but she is not here... I will leave now...."

"Wait! You want to steal the Chinese examination paper! You can't go. I will take you to the Principal!" Mr Lee did not let me go.

"No, I did not. I just picked it from the floor," I explained.

"I don't believe you. I will call your parents,"

"No, no, no......"
