I got stuck when I was on the 個人帳戶詳細紀錄 page.
There I can only see Yahoo! ID 資料卡 and also something on the right hand side. I'd searched for how to change my name, the guy said go to 公開資訊 and click on 修改/建立個人檔案 連結, but I couldn't even find such link. I could only see two links which were 修改/建立別名
and 修改/建立網上身分 ... Then how to change my name?

Currently there have some technical problems with it as mentioned in yahoo, so you can't change your name temporarily during this time.
