x^2-10x+25/x^2 - 25 is this correct and fully simplified???
(x-5)(x-5)/(x+5)(x-5)
(x-5)/(x+5)
-5/5

The answer is x-5 / x+5

There is no further simplification after that point.

This is valid also ONLY if x does not equal 5.

Equations are solved, expressions are simplified.
The expression given can only be simplified until (x-5)/(x+5).

(x^2 - 10x + 25)/(x^2 - 25)
= (x^2 - 5x - 5x + 25)/(x^2 + 5x - 5x - 25)
= (x - 5)(x - 5)/(x + 5)(x - 5)
= (x - 5)/(x + 5)

I think you'll find that it equals x+5 over x-5 and stop there. . .

You can not cancel the x's
