Warning: You should never download any software from non-official website!I don't know why, but I can suggest using other Pascal development tools:

I see there are a word,"dev", is this a exe file?If not i think this is a linux software. I think if it can't work, you may try turbo pascal, it can run in any windows except vista. To download it, you can go to this website: http://hk.geocities.com/css3j0203/pascal.htm
