[[[會計]]] 我想問下cost同expense 有咩分別

In principle, there is no difference between cost and expenses. Purhcase is the cost of the goods and not related to other operating expenses. Hence, we use cost of purchases for goods purchased for reselling. Expenses are usually refer to operating expenses e.g. rent, travelling, entertainment etc. and not the direct cost e.g. purchases, declaration etc. and all costs directly related to the selling business or the main turnover of the company.,

會計定義上的分別是 :
cost 是必須支付採取某事的歸屬的金額, 費用或購貨價。
expenses 是在經營和維護業務招致的每日費用。
Purchases 是 cost of goods sold 係 cost 最為重要一項目。
