In order to better access the quality of service in Hong Kong, we have decided to conduct a market survey in the streets. We would like to receive input from foreign tourists on this aspect. The survey will be* (was?) ocnducted in Boxing Day (2008-12-26), along the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui by randomly select a number of foreign visitors. We will collect their views on Hong Kong, and the quality of its services. To achieve the objective of this project, all the relevant information we have gathered will be collated and analysed for a better understanding of Hong Kong's services quality.
