Media Player Classic播放有聲音沒影像？

我用Media Player Classic播放了一個FLV的檔案，結果出現以下的警訊：

請問要怎麼做才能讓它出現影像呢？
另外因為我想擷取這個FLV檔裡面的一些影像，請問要怎麼做呢？
