本人己得不到美國簽証. 因我有刑事案件發生於2004年9月.未婚夫是美國人.而他亦知道有關案件.我把所有領事館需要的文件前去面試.最終給她拒絕.面試前我未婚夫要我準備一封律師信.可惜幫不了忙. 現在我倆不知怎辦? 假如我未婚未和我在香港結婚. 我還有机会跟他到美國居住嗎? 案件於2005年1月審訊.我不懂法律.而我的代表律師在裁判後說.法官判罰款5000,緩刑一年. 我真的不知道對我影響是這樣嚴重. 領事不發簽証的理由是, (我以不道德的交易為生).意思指我是妓女.我看了哭成淚人返回家. 把我經歷的痛苦一一對他訢說. 而他說會想準辦發和我一起在美國生活.他亦說為何我倆正式結緍,美國政府要把我倆夫婦分開.一個在香港,一個在美國. 不論她是否妓女.都是己過去了的事實. 這樣是不公平和有其視所有在香港的性工作者.由其以女性為首選. 就像判了她們死刑般似的. 難道在西方國家就沒有性工作者嗎? 在以上的對話.更加深了我倆的愛和信念. 本人發出這訊息. 實在無耐. 希望各位有心人仕如對於美國的法例有所認識. 可否提供你們寶貴的見意.

領事館拒絕妳旅遊簽證,因為根據妳的記錄.他們有理由懷疑會進入美國後會可能做出旅遊以外嘅行為.同一原因唔批K1,亦因為懷疑妳住美國結婚嘅真實性.目前妳無須考慮B1/B2.三次都唔批,就一定唔會批.其實妳如果早問律師.亦不會浪費金錢,時間去申請笌2.3次.何况妳已有美籍未婚夫.
目前妳只能註冊結婚,婚後一段時間(約兩年左右,因為結婚臨時綠咭都係等兩年.)再入紙申請K3.當然這兩年內妳同妳丈夫能有足夠證據.支持申請.如果到時已有BB,就更加證據充份.就算到時申能被拒,亦可以以人道理由上訴.

thing is not so bad yet. YES, you have right to apply the visa, but the offical has power to reject it too.
first, tell us how long you know your fiance. it is important.
second, you two should get marry in HK, you can't go to USA to get marry anyway. he then can file the application i-130 and i-485 together to apply you for immigrat visa. since he is US citizen, it will takes less than 1 year to get you there.
in this waitting period, you two must have a lot of relationship as husband and wife proofs------- letters, money for your living, photos, phone bills with a lots of long distant calls, the best way is both of you buy a life insurance and pointed each other as benefitsee.
if he can, he should stay in HK live with you for as long time as he can.
those are hard proofs to US offical that you two are real marriage. they have no reason to delay your application.
self prostiture is not a big deal as other crimnal in USA. the real reason is the US offical was suspected your marriage. got it?
