why do sites like facebook make me want to do something out myself? or to change who I am?

To answer your questions. No, I do not think my life evolves around facebook in a small way. I make it part of my daily routine like checking email, but that is it. If facebook were to go tomorrow, I would not go crazy or anything.
I don't really understand the second question....were you trying to live a second life online? Facebook should be a reflection on how you are in real life, it's not for a fantasy life that doesn't exist. Facebook is a tool that can be used in many ways, but I believe that its main purpose was to be a tool for communication, to keep in touch, and to have a bit of fun etc.
Your third question doesn't make much sence, if you have 'quit' the website then why would you try to 'live your life' for some website that you no longer belong to? How do you live your life the way you want to live it? simple.... You just live life the way you want to live it.

facebook does not allow you meet people outside your freinds and family and colleagues. facebook does not allow people meet strangers. very bad site. I dont like facebook, the FD REQ 30 days ban makes me hate it.
