(drink - single bottle or cup, not because u already have a drink in your hand)

So I would like to suggest
A. Would you like another drink? correct

How to understand?
e.g. Would you like to have another cup of coffee?
(because you already have a cup of coffee in your hand and you almost finished, so your friend ask you for another cup.)
(Just like ((Would you like another drink?)))
