Would you like to have another drink?(drink - single bottle or cup, not because u already have a drink in your hand)
So I would like to suggest
A. Would you like another drink? correct
How to understand?
e.g. Would you like to have another cup of coffee?
(because you already have a cup of coffee in your hand and you almost finished, so your friend ask you for another cup.)
(Just like ((Would you like another drink?)))

指一種或者一杯飲料
唔需要冠詞"a"
而drinks 則是解作飲宴既意思
所以B似乎唔通順
而C
"an", "another"
唔需要用"an"
因為用"another"既時候
已經暗示左另外一件
根本"another"意思上可以拆做"an"同埋"other"
