以下是我自己的中文理解﹕
三相,簡略式3φ,和三份一周波中三個各異的電壓或電流有關

但總覺翻譯得不夠精準,可否代修飾一下?

此外,英文文章中為何有兩個that呢?是錯漏多出了一個that或是有我不理解的語意呢?

A: Smoking is prohibited in the shopping mall.
B: I think( that) that( the second " that" refers to what A has said )
is necessary.
The first "that" is optional. ( It is used as a pause for the following clause)
You may take away the first " that" in your sentence.
OR
Three-phase, short for 3φ, refers to three voltages or currents that differ by one third of a cycle.
