想說 別人說話很"長氣(說得太多)" 應該點講?


Examples:

1) He is always TALKING too much! ( To put emphasis on his action)


2) He always talks too much! ( simple present tense)

3) He has talked too much! ( present perfect tense ( a complete action))

4) Once he starts talking, he won't know when he'd stop.
