nutrient同nutrition有甚麼分別?

Nutrients：Nutrients are substances that help plants and animals to grow. 促進動植物成長的物質(營養物)
例：vegetable, vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients.
植物、維他命、礦物質及其他營養物。


Nutrition：Nutrition are the process of taking food into the body and absorbing the nutrients in those foods. (是攝取食物，吸收食物中營養的過程)。(營養)
例：There are alternative sources of nutrition
還有其他營養來源。


小結：nutrient，比較屬於營養物、營養素。(物質)
nutrition，就是營養。(攝取的過程)


中文的話，就比較像是，這食品附含A, B, C「營養素」，用nutrient。
我們有許多獲取「營養」的來源，就用nutrion。

Nutrition 係一個過程, consumer consume nutrient 為自己提供營養保持自己健康
