thx for ur reply. This is actually a question from 02AL paper 1 4ci. The answers from the marking scheme shows that the products after addition reaction with HCl is: Addition of 1 Cl to each B, i.e. forming a B-Cl bond. and addition of 1 H to each N, i.e. forming a N-H bond.
