Despite all the gender inequalities and discrimination, being a woman is easier. If you're a strong, independent career-driven woman, you're seen as successful, capable and sexy. If you're a soft-spoken housewife who depends on her husband financially, then you're seen as "just being a woman". On the other hand, if you're a strong, career-driven man, you're seen as "doing what a man should do". If you are a soft-spoken stay-at-home man, then you're seen as "pathetic".

Furthermore, in this world, a man's success is still only measured by power and money, whereas a woman's success can be measured by either power and money or her domestic skills.

People are more tolerate towards woman, whether it's her success of failure. It's alright for a woman to cry, but if a man is seen crying, he would be ridiculed.

So, women has it way easier than men.
