未必，我試過走 150km/h 後面車胎爆佐一條，好似直升機咁響，但係我仲踩緊油唔敢踩不力，慢慢行落路邊，因爲後面有好多車跟住，不過條肽散曬，又割袋啦。

IF the one bust is the control wheel/driving wheel it may affect the control of the car(not out of control) make the wheel feel "heavier" on the busted side.

However if the bust tire is not driving wheel and not control it may only have limited affect to your control
