well according to my interpretation of this question i think it is
{16 (x)raise to power 12} whole raise to power 3/4
now
to take the power outside the power of x and 16 needs to be same
so we can write 16 = 2^4 and x^12 = x^4*3
we get on taking power 4 outside
(2x^3)^ 3/4*4
= (2x^3)^3
=8x^9
this is the answer
