difenol er 100mg tab = diclofenac extended release 100mg tab有何用?
it is a pain-killer, it stops inflammation and is good for fever. ie it is an ＮＳＡＩＤ（non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drug）
有何負作用呢?
mainly stomach discomfort, so take it with food or antacid will be ok.
