英文應該點講？

Hi,
如果有人打黎搵我d同事，但佢行開左，我應該點樣用英文同佢講話個同事啱啱行開左呢？
He/She has just stepped out.
如果想講話佢未返到公司咁又要點講？
He/She has not yet come back ( to the office).
If you talk about two or more people, use" They have .......".

行開左 = he is step out.
佢未返到公司 = he is on the way to the office. or .... he is going ahead to office.

1. 個同事啱啱行開左？
He's/She's not at his/her at his/her desk right now
He/She's away from his/her desk now
2. 佢未返到公司？
He's/She's not in right now
He's/She's out right now
另外，如果佢講緊電話
His/Her line is busy now
如果開緊會
He's/She's in a meeting right now
如果出咗去食 lunch
He's/She's out to lunch
如果出差
He's/She's away on business
如果想話佢大約3點返到公司
He/She should be back around 3 o'clock

1) 同事啱啱行開左 = She just stepped away from her desk.

2) 佢未返到公司 = He's not in at the moment.

Sorry! He/She not in here now!

OR

Sorry! He/She not in office now!

She's not in the office right now.
She's not at her desk right now. (but still in the office)
She's not in yet. (未返到公司 - in the morning)

1. He/She is not around at the moment.


2. He/She is not here yet.

行開左\唔係到...

He \ She are not here right now
未返到.....

He \ She has not come back yet
