I failed in Chinese of HKCEE.
Can I take an exam. of IGCSE? Is it equivalent to HKCEE?

Don't take IGCSE Chinese because it is too easy for Hong Kong Students.They can get A* easily with no preparation .No school in HK would take a look on it.[[除非你係鬼仔]].I suggest you retake HKCEE Chinese.
