If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMQ1O

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Wontons!

- Wonton wraps (at most asian supermarkets)
- minced pork
- bak choy
- soya sauce
- sesame oil
- 1 egg (beaten)
- chicken broth (or any kind of soup you like)

1. Wash, drain and finely chop the bak choy.
2. Combine minced pork, bak choy, soya sauce and sesame oil in bowl
3. Fill the wonton wrap with a small spoonful of the meat mixture (like you would with tortellini or ravioli)
4. Seal the edges with a big of egg.

You can pre-make them and keep them in the freezer. When you're ready to eat, just boil them and serve with soup.

Stir fry finely sliced vegetables such as carrots, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, green beans. Don't use too many different types and keep the colours Pretty - we eat first with our eyes. Use regular oil and you can add some sesame oil for flavour. Season with garlic and soy or oyster sauce. This will be quite plain and more likely to agree with more people. Plain rice is quite hard to cook in such large amounts unless you have a rice cooker. You could cook then chill noodles and stir fry them in batches of 4 portions, in a little oil with beansprouts instead. You could offer different garnishes to personalise the meal such as chopped peanuts of chopped fresh coriander, or sweet chili sauce.
So your minimum ingredients would be rice, oil, salt (for rice) carrots, baby corn, green beans and soy sauce. A bit boring though. Then you could add from there. This will also do for any vegetarians who pop up. Hope that helps.

You can buy some stir-fry sauce at your supermarket. Use it with some chicken and a mix of veggies.
