Am I eating too much bread/carbs?

I'm 5'2, 109 lbs, 14 years old.

I have 3 slices of wholemeal toast (45 cals a slice) for breakfast (with natural peanut butter), and 2 small (fist size) wholemeal buns/rolls with chicken, lettuce & mustard for lunch. I do 70-80 minutes of jogging a day.

Is this too much bread/carbs? Do I have to worry about carb intake (I'm only 14)?
I'm not gaining weight from it or anything, but I feel like I would be more toned if I cut down on bread.

Oh no, your fine, you are doing cardio, you need the carbs to refuel. Don't worry so much!

you're definitely fine.
may try some toning exercises that target specific areas. swimming is good for toning, imho

btw u're young and growing, and you exercise a lot, don't worry. (and please do continue to consume enough carb, you need a balanced diet)
