There are a couple of things you can do, but first you have to identify why you crave food.
Drink more water. People often mistake thirst for hunger and eat instead of drink.
Keep some chewing gum around. They don't have many calories, they're sweet, and you won't be eating while you chew (or for a while after).
If you can, don't stock those foods. Many people cannot avoid this if they aren't the primary provider of their household. You can, however, always ask the primary provider to not stock or to reduce the stock of such foods or perhaps even stock alternatives.
If all else fails, you'll just have to find something you want more than the food and concentrate on that. Willpower can do wonders.
