is there such watch brand named Charles-Hubert in France?

Hello everyone,
I'm come from Taiwan and have a question to ask,
Im doing my school report, its about pocket watch,
and I found a watch brand named "Charles-Hubert", their pocket watch is beautiful and nice, their English website said they come from Paris,
then I try to found Franch website of Charles-Hubert watch, but I couldnt find any French web site of it, and I couldnt find any introduction of Charles-Hubert Watches,

so I want to ask is there really has a watch brand named Charles-Hubert in Paris?
