i want to have like a personal diary where i write all my stuff and only me can unlock it on my computer, is there a place where i can go or site so that i can sign in and create my own personal diary on the computer,
any answer please will be very much appreciated , thank a lot in advance.

That's easy to do:
Just write whatever you want using whatever program you want (Notepad, MS Word, OO Writer), save the file, then create a passworded archive using 7zip -- it's free and I'm sure it can create encrypted archives.
Now every time you want to add something to your diary just add the file to the archive.
