Definetly Hong Kong or South Korea as they are far better developed countries. Health wise I wouldn't want to get seriously ill in a country like India, finding an international hospital with English staff might be a big problem.(even in China alot of times that's a big problem) And if you do find an English speaking doctor chances are it will be very expensive. On the other side Indian will be alot cheaper to live at, as prices of common goods will be alot cheaper there.

Definitely, absolutely Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is the richest of the three -- it is very well developed and has excellent infrastructure. It is also a western-style country that allows foreigners to gain permanent residency. In fact, there is even a law on the books in Hong Kong that makes racial discrimination illegal! So as a foreigner, I would definitely pick Hong Kong.

South Korea is developed, but is extremely racist with its visas. A white guy like me could never get permanent residency here, so I'd have to leave eventually, and while living in Korea, I could probably only teach English and would never be allowed to do anything more fulfilling.

I don't know much about India, except that it's third world and backward. I would not want to live in a place like that.
參考: I live in Korea right now (and have for four years), plus I lived in Hong Kong. Therefore, I know what I'm talking about when I say GO HONG KONG!

Hong Kong for sure. You will have a hard time living in South Korea if you don't speak/know Korean. Whereas in HK, even if all you know is English, you'll be fine. Almost everything is written in both Chinese and English (especially street names, government-official notices, etc.)

Either Hong Kong or South Korea. Both have a HDI of 0.9+ status which is a symbol of high development whilst India's HDI is only 0.619.

South Korea, which is where I have been living the last 5 years. I've heard HK is very expensive and finding affordable housing is an issue.

With a salary of 2.2 million won, pension, health insurance and housing you should be able to save a minimum of $20,000 a year.

Plus upon completion of your contract, you get one months severence.
