蛋分多少種類?

蛋含有豐富的蛋白質,被視為平民化的補品。

蛋的種類繁多,如雞蛋、鴨蛋、鵪鶉蛋、鴿蛋,還有加工而成的鹹蛋、滷蛋、皮蛋等。

雞蛋:含有維他命 ABCDE,能補助生長,促進生育,為日常之滋補食品。
鵪鶉蛋:營養成份與雞蛋相仿,含蛋白質百分十二,脂肪百分十二,磷鈣亦多。
皮蛋:可用作粥,功能下火,病後調養期間,可作為日常粥菜,頗為可口。
鴨蛋:味微腥,營養一如雞蛋。醫療上用途相類似,鹹蛋可去腥,味亦佳。
鴿蛋:營養與雞蛋彷彿,並無特殊優越的價值,但滋味卻較一般蛋類為清雋。

蛋有什麼烹調方法?

1)蒜泥蒸蛋
(材料)

雞蛋.....3只
蒜泥...1大匙
(綜合調味料)
醬油....1/2大匙
鹽......1/2小匙
味精....1/2小匙
豬油....1/2大匙
太白粉..1/2小匙

(作法)

1:雞蛋打散->加1又1/2杯水->調味料->以濾網過濾
2:加入蒜泥拌勻->以弱微波蒸24分。(包保鮮膜)
*蒸蛋必須用弱微波,否則質地粗糙。

2)洋蔥炒蛋
(材料)
洋蔥...1/2個
雞蛋.....2只
蔥.......1支
(綜合調味料)
鹽......1小匙
味精..1/2小匙
麻油....1小匙

(作法)

1:洋蔥切絲->雞蛋打散。
2:大碗中加油1大匙、蔥花->強微波2分->加入洋蔥絲->強微波2分->加入蛋液->強微波1分->中途打開箱門攪拌->加鹽、味精->強微波1分->淋上麻油即可。

How many types of eggs can be divided?
Eggs are full of proteins, it was regarded as some tonic that most of the people can have.
There are many types of eggs,such as duck's egg,quail's egg,pigeon's egg and aslo some process eggs such as salted eggs etc.
Egg: It is full of Vitamins A,B,C,D and E.It can help accrete and promote reproduction.It is a day-to-day nourish.
Quail's egg: It's nutrition is about the same to eggs,there is 12% of protein,12% fats, and quite a lots of phosphorus and calcium.
