menu or manual????trust me, $3000 cant buy you anything, what i recgon is SX100IS or SX10IS, they do have manual control and superzoom lens, but as always superzoom lens never gives a perfect quality.
Well, you can buy them anywhere really.

三千應該唔夠，double就差唔多，nikon及canon質素唔錯，各大影音器材鋪有售。
