如何改善粗心大意的性格

成日d job 做稿check嚟check去10幾次...
出到嚟都仲係會經常出錯...
有咩解決辦法?

I think it is good that you get organize well your staff.

For instance, you can write down the things you need to do on an agenda/ a piece of paper/ notebook.

Then, prioritize them from the most to the least important.

After you finish any of those, just make a check mark so that you know it is already done, then you can start working on another thing.

If you had notice that you really forget what to do often, write them down on a post tips & carry them with you. So you can always refer them if you need. Or if you worry that you lost the post tip, you can even write them down on your hand, but be careful, to not erase them easily by washing hands :P

And sometimes, you might be stress out so that you forget what to do... so relax... calm down and think properly what you need to do before you take action.

If you think you really can't handle this stress, this might indicate that you need a break now.

不斷重閱重做,未必可以發現錯失。只因腦袋可能循舊反覆。
每次再閱重做之間,讓自己有小刻休息。也讓工作提早預備,多點時間作充分思考,使思考無了不必的時間壓迫。
另外,經驗和知識是決定質素之本。不只充實自己,也可嘗試與其他相關人士交流,擴闊視野。
但自責而妄自菲薄,是負面並削減改進的信心,宜小心處理。

唔需要太心急工作啦,太心急更加易出錯啦,ok.工作時心要定啦,唔好再粗心大意去整東整西啦,這樣會好d囉,根住每一部工作上的事,慢慢check清楚佢啦,如怕自已唔記得咁多時候,便搵筆抄下來啦,之後一步一步便會去check吓啦,做一項,記下來,慢慢check,這樣會好d啦.這樣少d機會出錯啊,
