I want to ask what is the different of 'fewer' and 'less' and 'little'?
How to use them?

Fewer --------------------------------countable nouns
less--------------------------------------UNcountable nouns
Examples:
1) I have too many tables in my house. I want to have fewer tables.
We can count " tables". tables <-----------countable noun
2) We don't have much water. Please use less water.
water<----------- UNcountable noun

How to use" little"?
Meanings:
Small in size
1) My handbag is so little.
Short period of time
2) Wait a little while, please. a little while( a very short time)
Small in amount/degree
3) I know he will not help me with my homework.( I have little hope.)
younger
4) John is my little brother( bro).
not loud/ weak
5) I can't hear what she is saying. She has a little voice.
very much
6) She hurt me not a little. not a little = a lot
unimportant
7) They are only my little projects. Don't bother!
I can fix them by myself.
a little bit of ( something)
8) I only have a little bit of money. How can I go to Japan with you?

"Fewer" should be used when you are talking about items that can be counted individually, for example "fewer than 10 apples"

"Less" is correct when quantities cannot be individually counted in that case, for example: "I would like less water".

"Little" is used with uncountable nouns.
for example: "I have little interest in classical music. I much prefer pop."
