Eterna Forest have a green stone,it can make evolve to the grass type.
Route 217 in the garss have a stone cover with ice,it can make evolve to the ice type.

Leafeon(Grass): Go to Eterna Forest (ハクタイのもり) and level up Eevee there.
Glaceon(Ice): Go to Route 217 and level up Eevee there.
