今年的Appraisal中有一項是來年的目標!
我諗住寫:
1)將現有負責的部門(包括:巿場部,租務部及工程部)的人事資料及每月薪酬資料更有效率及準確地做好.
2)把握機會接受更多新的工作.

1) Efficiently and effectively manage human resources and payroll issues of currently assigned departments, including Marketing, Property Management and Production/Engineering. 2) Seek and make use of all opportunities to enhance work performance and output.
You might want to change "Marketing, Property Management and Production/Engineering" to the proper terms used in your company
