人民幣升值或貶值對港人有咩影響

1.上去國內消費力會減小
2.國內人民幣升值,便使出口的競爭力減小,而香港很多貿易是經中國出口(即所謂轉口),會因而減小
3.但香港售賣的店舖會有正面影響,因為國內人來港消費吸引力會大左
4.國內有物業會有幾個影響,人民幣升值換回港幣計算會升值,但國內經濟增長因人民幣升值而放慢,會使物業有壓力.但人民幣升值是預期便會吸引多了投資者買國內物業,這樣又會對物價有支持
5香港入口的貨品成本上升(不一定反映在售價上,因為售價是競爭後出來的價格,和成本冇關,即如果不能加價,便會使售賣者邊際利潤下降,如果可以加價便使消費者受損)

4國內物業投資者換回自己貨幣會因而受損(眨值),而投資者如果預期下跌會持續,便不會投資國內物業,也使物業價格受壓,但另一方面,人民幣下跌便使出口上升,經濟增長會使國內人消費力上升,使物業價格有支持
5香港入口國內貨品會使消費者受惠(假設反映在售價上,不反映會使售賣者受惠,因為邊際利潤上升)

let lok at the depreciation of RMB.
depreciation of RMB implies the same amount foreign currency now can exchange for more RMB when compare to the past.

for example, in the past 10rmb can exchange for 1 US dollar.
now we need 20rmb to exchange for 1 US dollar.

suppose a toy car in china is priced as 10rmb.
originally 1 US dollar can buy 1 toy car, but after the rmb depreciated. 1 US dollar can buy 2 toy car. which means that the product in china become relativly cheaper. this will encourge the export in china.

Actually part of HK's GDP is contributed by re-exporting mainland products to outside world. if export in china increase, HK will also be benefited.

on the other hand, deprecaition of rmb will lead to a fall in value of your property in term of HK dollar.
(sold property can only receive rmb, exchange rmb to hk dollar can get less if rmb depreciate.
