Why do Japanese men.......... ?

Actually, black color suit is considered for ceremonial occasions for the coming of age, marriage, funeral and ancestral worship.
So not many Japanese men wear black for work. They usually wear deep blue (navy blue?), gray, dark brown or charcoal gray.

Their dress shirt, on the other hand, would be more conservative. They don't wear pink or yellow or other colors like westerner do. (white or any colors but very light colors are preferred)

Not ALL the Japanese men wear black suit only ot work. My husband wears grey, dark brown and black suit to wear. When he doesn't have meetings, he prefers just a button down shirt and khaki pants.

They wear blue as well...How many Japanese men have you known?I've seen them in grey as well.There's also the Japanese custom of conformity.

They would kind of silly if they turned up for work in white suit unless they were hosts or gangsters. Seriously though, there are guys who have grey suits or whatever, and tan suits are OK in the summer. At one office I worked at sports jackets were OK. I kind of like the Nehru jacket type suits that Japanese writers and such sometimes wear, but salary men can't wear those.

They do wear other colors, such as dark blue and gray.

Because their drones going to work like bees. Standing out and individuality are a no-no.

Where ever did you get this idea from? I travel daily on the Yamanote line in Tokyo and must say that Japanese men are very well dressed in all kinds of colours!

They don't, unless it's the only suit they have.

Most times the suit is a dark navy blue or some other dark colour. The "rebels" wind up wearing brown, grey or tan suits.

Shirts and ties are usually monotone. Shirts are typically light coloured and the ties are dark. Shoes & belts don't always match and often times don't match the suit either.

why do anglo-saxons talk funny? or why do black people drink grape drink instead of grape juice? it's a stereotype. :) lmao
