When the wind changes direction, there are those who build walls and those who build windmills.
表面意思: 當風向有所變異時, 一邊廂會有人「築牆擋風」, 另一邊廂卻有人築起風車, 以迎接風的來臨.
含意:
「風」就比譬社會環境中的大改變, 大趨勢, 或者新時代的巨輪等.
