What kind of effect will an uneven distribution of wealth in a society cause to us?
An uneven distribution of wealth in a society will lead to conflict of interest between different classes of people. A stable society can only be maintained via cooperation and complementation between all classes of people. When the conflict becomes irreconcilable, the society will turn to unrest and disorder continuously. Once the wealthy class cannot preserve their interest in a society, they will tend to move their investment or interest to other societies. If a society does not have the wealthy class to support its economy, the quality of life for those remain will be affected negatively. On the other hand, when the destitute class feels being suppressed by the wealthy class, they will discontent and act negatively against whatever they deem unfair. Consequently the society will suffer even more by these acts.
To conclude, the biggest expense of an uneven distribution of wealth is the stability of our society.
