Dear customers,
Since my father suddenly passed away in October due to medical negligence, my family and I were devastated. During the last month, I was occupied with arranging for the bereavement of my father, comforting my family, seeking legal advice and submitting complaints to the hospital, the Police and the Coroner's Court. I was overwhelmed with all these work and hence did not have time to oversee the running of this website.
I would like to express my regret over this issue. I am trying my best to reply to all the emails accrued and hopefully the business will be up and running again as soon as possible. I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this period. Moreover, I would like to thank all customers for their support and understanding. In the future I will use my best endeavors to supply goods at a higher quality and a lower price and to provide better services.
