英語問題 a light dish of sole

light== not too oily/fat

dish = 菜餚
sole = a kind of fish called "比目魚,鰈魚" in Chinese
Usually they make fillets魚片 for this kind of fish
A light dish of sole == a low-fat dish of sole( the name of the fish)
