we do have a website that's built with Flash, and we need to convert it into HTML file so we can work on it easily using Dreamweaver instead of Flash. is that possible? thank you so much.
Unfortunately, it's not possible. .fla and .html are completely different file types.
You can certainly convert the .fla file into a .swf file and then embed the .swf file onto your .html page. However, if you need to make any changes to the Flash movie/website itself, you will need to go back to the .fla file.
You can't use .fla files with web at all. The .fla files are the working files of Flash. You need to publish them to a .swf file, which in turn can be embedded in a web page. Usually when you publish a .swf, the .html will be publishes as well.
