Ditto Lump on both accounts. You will find, I think, that Jaws comes at a price. Google "Accessibility software". Remove the black stuff and bold print and braces from your future questions! They shout. My hearing and sight are fine.

I take it she has issues with her sight. You may want to look into a screen reader, such as JAWS (http://www.freedomscientific.com/fs_products/software_jaws.asp).
Also, please cut out on the unnecessary title formatting--it only made it harder to read rather than made it stand out.
