有咩英文字後面要+ing?

如果你要問tense的問題, 樓上兩位已經答到你.如果你係問infinitive, 同gerund, 我補充一下.當動詞前面係to 時, 動詞就會變成infinitive, 此時動詞不變例如:Mother promised to buy me a new computer.
(此句為過去式, 但動詞跟在to 後所以不變)

動詞後+ ing 變成動名詞(gerund)例如:I like reading.有時動詞後+ing 可變成形容詞(adjective)
例如:shopping bag

like+ing
love+ing
enjoy+ing

Present Continuous Tense = used to describe actions happening now or in the future.

Example one:
如果你要形容現在做緊既嘢，如:
I am walking to school/ She is singing in the shower/ They are having a great time

Example two:
如果你要形容肯定會做既嘢，通常係即將會行動，如:
I am leaving for Hong Kong tomorrow/ We are having a meeting this afternoon

如果動詞唔用 ing 就會變 tense, 如 Simple Present Tense = used to describe actions that happen regularly.

Example:
I walk to school everyday/ She cooks dinner for her husband/ He goes to Church every Sunday

如果你正在做緊就要用ing
e.g. i am reading book.
she is looking at you.

動詞不變: to 後面
有時你會見to 後面d 動詞+ing, e.g. i am looking forward to receiving your letter.
因為looking forward to係一個phrase(要3個在一起先用得), 所以to不是獨立, 因此to 後面d 動詞可變~
