英文發音問題 ( +20)

此類字大多是e和u字頭，因為有些e字頭的字的發音是「Yee」音，另有些u字頭的字的發音是「You」音。此兩類的字要用a為冠詞(article)，因為「Yee」和「You」不算是full vowel sound。

one 音won，所以要用a 為冠詞

All words begins with a vowel aeiou need the "an" except words with long vowel "u" like 'U' niversity (but not ulcer, ugly because u here is short vowel)
