My Dad Just got back from China He bought me what I believe to be a dried Sea snake any1 know how to cook it?

People usually cook it in a soup or congee. BUT, the sea snake has a lot of "medicinal" uses and you need to make sure you're making it with ingredients that are compatible.

If I were you, I'd go to some herbal stores in Chinatown and tell them you have 水蛇 (Sea snake in Chinese) and ask them how you can cook it and what ingredients you will need.

If you can read Chinese or have someone who does who can help you, google "水蛇" for soup and congee recipes.

Oh my How did he get it through customs.

There are quite a few recipes on line for both dried and fresh sea snake. Just Google "sea snake recipes"
