1) No, as HKExchange is responsible for trading & IPO issues. The financial crisis is Credit Facilities & Mis-selling of Lehman Brother Mini bonds by the banks
2) Yes, SFC is responsible for trading for stock & futures and bank staff selling ethics.
3) If there is no mis-selling, the citizen should take a detail look to the Terms & Condition and understanding the product risk.
4) Freedom of inflow & outflow of capital, good legal system & excellent telecom infrastructure.
5) Increase the selling ethnics of Financial frontline sales and increase the monitoring effort by HKSAR gov't.
