請幫忙看這句英文寫的對嗎?

如果對中文的語意是：
「今年新增的一名人力，因其職務，需要去檢查其他人的工作，以致無法分擔其他人的工作。」
我會建議:
The new recruit this year is so occupied in reviewing other employees' progress that could not share his peers' loading.

如果是我，我會改成
This year we added/will add one employee to peer review others' job without interfering.

這句話其實沒有甚麼文法錯誤，最明顯的缺陷是，沒有弄清this year是發生在過去、現在還是將來。
加這個人的目的是...用不定詞可以突出你的目的。

and can't share others job 實際上要表達此人雖然對其他員工有督導作用，但目的並不是要介入他們的工作，並不是要指手劃腳或取而代之。

自己商務英文系畢

The new employee of this year needs to confirm(或翻check) the work of the other fellow workers. It make him cannot share the work of another person.
其他還有很多翻法，不過我寫的應該算文法比較簡單，比較不會讓人誤會的。
