If you are asking personally, then 2-3 times a week 30-45min each (I am really busy with sports so its hard to find time). If you are looking to go and you are just starting-then start out slow. It depends on ur schedual. Each person should workout 2-3 days a week for atleast 30min non-stop. not like running really fast for 30min but like a continuous workout for 30min. You can switch machines or technique but it should still be consecutive.
