When I play a video on the internet full screen, the sound plays but it's a black screen?

first you go on the center of the movie screen then right click and press setting. Then on the lower most left there's a computer screen icon- click on it. Then uncheck the enable hardware accleration. That should do it.

If you have a lower end graphics card than that would be your problem. Otherwise it is just a setting error.
