To find the fraction which is exactly half way b/w 1/4 and 1/3 do this:

compute: 1/2[(1/4)+(1/3)]

= 1/2(7/12)

= 7/24 ANSWER.

Thus, there are infinite number of fractions between 1/3 and 1/4
13/50 =0.26
7/25 = 0.28
29 /100 =0.29
etc.....................

Fractional number between 1/4 (3/12) and 1/3 (4/12) are:
3.2/12 (4/15) , 3.6/12 (3/10) , 3.75/12 (5/16) ...

Convert 1/4 and 1/3 to common denominators.

1/4 = 3/12 = 6/24 = 9/36 = 12/48

1/3 = 4/12 = 8/24 = 12/36 = 16/48

In the 12's: 3.5/12 (does not count).

In the 24's: 7/24

In the 36's: 10/36, 11/36
10/36 = 5/18

In the 48's: 13/48, 14/48, 15/48
14/48 = 7/24; 15/48 = 5/16

So your fractions in between 1/4 and 1/3 are:

7/24
5/18
11/36
13/48
5/16

There are more, if you go up to a higher number and simplify, but this is probably as far as you would want to look.
